Lash Lift
What is a Lash Lift?
A lash lift is the safe and easy way to temporarily curl or straighten lashes.
Elleebana Lash Lift offers an ultra-hydrating keratin (formaldehyde-free) treatment that highlights and lengthens your own natural lashes to create a brighter, fuller, wide eyed look. The lift can last 6-8 weeks and even 12 weeks.
Before your Lash Lift:
Please arrive free of any eye make-up
If you wear contacts, they must be removed prior to your visit or removed temporarily during the lift.
It is best to stop usage of waterproof mascara at least 2 days prior to your lash lift (causes weakening and drying of lashes) to get the most of your lift.
If you have skin sensitivities, you can opt to have a patch test 24 hours beforehand.
A patch test is quick and simple. It consists of us placing 2 drops of lotions behind the ear for 15 minutes. Wiping it off and waiting to see if any subsequent irritation occurs over the next 24 hours.
After your Lash Lift:
Avoid heat, steam (including cooking over steaming stovetop), saunas, water, oils, lotions, creams, shampoos, face washes, makeup remover wipes or pads on lashes for minimum of 24 hours.
Only approved product to put on immediately after a lift that will not cause your Elleebana Lash Lift to fall is the Elleevate Mascara.
We also advise that because the clients lashes are still malleable (shape shifting) a side sleeper or face sleeper can notice one or both eyes can, raise or drop, leaving the lashes misshaped. Sleeping on the back is best.
Avoid face washes that are mainly oil as this can also cause lashes to drop prematurely. If you apply the Elleevate mascara make sure that you remove it with cold water, within the 24 hour period.
